However, to keep the service reliable and fair for all users, each Plus subscription includes a weekly usage allowance based on message volume and AI processing time.

What happens when I reach my limit?

When your usage limit is reached, you’ll see a message in ChatMPP saying: “You’ve reached your weekly limit for Plus usage.”. At this point, new messages or AI queries will be temporarily paused until your limit resets. You don’t need to take any action — your access will automatically resume once your next usage cycle begins.

Why are there usage limits?

Usage limits help ensure stable performance for all ChatMPP users and maintain fair access to AI resources. They also allow us to control processing costs and keep subscription prices affordable for everyone.

When do my limits reset?

Limits reset automatically every 7 days, based on the timestamp of your first Plus message.

For example, if you first use ChatMPP on Monday at 3:00 PM, your new usage period will start the next Monday at 3:00 PM. You can continue chatting normally once the new cycle begins.

Can I check my current usage?

At this time, usage details are not visible within ChatMPP. If you reach your limit, the app will clearly notify you with a message indicating that your weekly usage allowance has been reached.
